In older combustion plants, particulate matter concentrations can be 5\u201310 times higher than the limits set by the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD 2015\/2193), which aims to reduce particulate and other pollutant emissions across EU member states. Therefore, our technology-based solutions represent an important step toward cleaner and more efficient heat production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Flue gas condensers are well suited for effective waste heat utilisation and significantly increase the efficiency of boiler plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Depending on the operating regime of the heat production equipment and the needs of the heat consumers, the efficiency can typically be increased by 15\u201325%, and under favourable conditions up to 30%. As a result, flue gas condensers are particularly suitable for district heating boiler plants operating on moist biomass fuels, where heat carrier temperatures are low and the energy content of the flue gases is high. This makes an environmentally friendly investment also a profitable one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">In addition, we design and manufacture flue gas ducts from various steel grades \u2013 carbon steel, Cor-Ten, or stainless steel.
