The boiler house heat output is 850 kW at 55% fuel moisture (nominal heat output 980 kW).<br \/>\nThe maximum operating pressure of the hot-water boiler is PS = 6 bar, and the maximum allowed operating temperature is TS = 110 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>The fuel reception capacity is >180 m\u00b3\/h, and the fuel storage volume is 270 pm\u00b3.<\/p>\n<p>The biofuel boiler is connected to a common district heating network together with a gas-fired peak-load boiler house. We also implemented cascade control between the two boiler houses.<\/p>\n<p>The new biofuel boiler is designed to operate at least 8,240 hours per year within a power range of 30\u2013100% of its nominal output.
