Tamult designed and built a biofuel boiler plant in V\u00f5sa Street, Rapla, as a complete solution to ensure reliable and automated heat production. During the renovation, the existing boiler house was upgraded and a new fuel reception and storage system was installed, allowing efficient and stable operation all year round. <\/p>\n
A biofuel-fired boiler with a thermal capacity of at least 0.72 MW, designed to operate over a wide load range and using a variety of biofuels, was installed in the boiler house.<\/p>\n
The fuel is received directly from the truck without any additional equipment, with a receiving system capacity of at least 160 m\u00b3\/h. The fuel shall be transported to the biofuel storage depot by means of auger conveyors. The biofuel storage shall have a capacity of at least 250 m\u00b3 and shall be equipped with a hydraulically mobile floor system to ensure a steady and reliable fuel supply to the boiler and to allow the discharge of more than 95% of the stored fuel. <\/p>\n
As part of the project, Tamult designed, manufactured and installed the fuel and ash transport systems, the automatic ash handling system and carried out the entire construction of the boiler house, including the installation of the boiler, piping, flue gas ducts, electrical and automation systems and the connection to the existing district heating network.<\/p>\n
