Edsbyn (Sweden) 6 MW Superheated Water Boiler Plant

Installation of superheated water boiler plant technology in Edsbyn with a capacity of 6 MW.

Within the scope of the project, we installed the entire technological equipment of the boiler plant, from fuel reception to ash removal. The equipment also includes an electrostatic precipitator and a flue gas condenser with process piping and condensate treatment (Scheuch).

We designed, manufactured, and installed the superheated water piping and the associated equipment together with the heat exchanger from the boiler to the district heating pipeline outlet point in the boiler room. The pump and heat exchanger units were assembled on three transport frames in our production facility in Estonia.

For the project, we manufactured a furnace for the combustion of wet biofuels, air and flue gas ducts, a fuel conveyor, a wet ash conveyor, a dry ash screw conveyor, a hydraulic fuel feeder, a moving-floor fuel storage, and various steel structures.
