Description
We installed an electrostatic precipitator (ECP Airtech) for flue gas cleaning of 2 × 3.5 MW wood chip boilers in Ekerö. In addition, we reconstructed flue gas ducts in the boiler house, removed the old bag filters, replaced the flue gas fan, and insulated all installed equipment and ducts.
The final connection of the flue gas system and replacement of equipment had to be carried out only during the boiler house’s regular maintenance outage, which required detailed preparation, work planning, and execution.
For the project, we manufactured the electrostatic precipitator, which was finally assembled on site.
