Electrostatic Precipitators for the Wood Chip Boilers of the Viljandi Männimäe and Jämejala Boiler Houses
Description
We designed, supplied, and installed as a turnkey solution for Gren Viljandi AS (formerly AS ESRO) electrostatic precipitators (Scheuch) for flue gas cleaning of the 3.5 MW and 2 × 8 MW wood chip boilers at the Jämejala and Männimäe boiler houses in Viljandi, including the reconstruction of flue gas ducts and the upgrading of the ash removal system.
For the project, we manufactured flue gas ducts, flue gas dampers, dry ash screw conveyors, ash containers, and various steel structures.
