Description
Within the scope of the project, we installed the entire technological equipment of the boiler plant, from fuel reception to ash removal, and insulated all hot surfaces. The installed equipment also includes an electrostatic precipitator from ECP Airtech.
We designed, manufactured, and installed the superheated water piping and the associated equipment from the boiler to the heat exchanger in the boiler room. The pump and heat exchanger unit was assembled on a transport frame in our production facility in Estonia.
For the project, we manufactured a furnace for the combustion of wet biofuels, air and flue gas ducts, a fuel conveyor, a wet ash conveyor, a hydraulic fuel feeder, and a moving-floor fuel storage.
